"Cement and glass" table
This particular piece of furniture originated from an idea of Stefano Montaperto, who created it to combine heterogeneous elements such as round glass and cement plate corners. During the development process, the inventor combined fibre cement remnants with different thickness by means of a vertical threaded
metal rod, making the pedestal for the elegant, oval glass surface. The photo in this page was kindly given us by Elisabetta Armiato, the star of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.
The cement/glass table comes from her Milan house.
